My hope is that these resources will give my readers other places to find information and inspiration for creating their children's homeschool experience, or help new homeschool parents learn more about homeschooling. I intend to continue adding to this page as I find more resources. Ready to get started? Let's go!

Apps to Consider:
- Juniper Learning App: Perfect for the preschool student in your life, Juniper Learning makes education hands-on through engaging, age-appropriate activities. I use this app with my daughter, Maureen, and it has become a staple in my lesson planning for her preschool education. I'll base my theme for the day around the theme for the app's activities... makes planning our learning so much easier!
- Khan Academy Kids App: Free to use, and packed with educational content, this app is aimed at helping kids ages 2-7 reinforce or learn age-appropriate material. It covers topics ranging from math to music, to reading, and is narrated by cute characters who encourage your child every step of the way. Maureen is obsessed with this app, and plays it almost daily.
- DuoLingo ABC: Looking to help your child learn to read in a fun way? Check out DuoLingo ABC! This app takes the beginning reader through the letters of the alphabet and their sounds with practice writing the letters and sounding out simple words built in. Along the way, the young reader will find and acquire books that they can go back and revisit in their library. Maureen is showing signs of being ready for learning to read, and this app has made it so much fun for her. I highly recommend!
